Dean's Office and Office of the Dean of Studies of MNF

The Dean's Office handles administrative matters at the Faculty of Science (MNF) and is led by the head of the Faculty. The Office of the Dean of Studies is affiliated with the Dean's Office. This is where students sign up for their examinations.

Dean's Office and the Office of the Dean of Studies: Responsibilities

The Dean's Office and the Office of the Dean of Studies of MNF can be found in building Y10 on the Irchel campus. The Dean's Office handles administrative matters at MNF and is led by the head of the Faculty, the Dean. Also in the MNF Dean's Office are the Dean's Secretary and the Assistant Dean who work together with the Dean to prepare business for faculty assemblies and appointments to MNF. The Dean is elected for a two-year term by members of the faculty. He or she represents the interests of MNF in dealings with the university administration and represents the Faculty in public.

The Office of the Dean of Studies is part of the Dean's Office. and is led by the Dean of Studies. Students sign up for their examinations at the Office of the Dean of Studies. The team at the Office of the Dean of Studies offers students advice on administrative matters, issues certificates and diplomas and processes appeals. The Office of the Dean of Studies also reviews applications to have academic work from other universities and institutions of higher education recognized.

The Communication Office is part of the MNF Dean's Office. It is responsible for MNF's internal and external communications and also functions as a contact for members of the media.

The Resource Manager organizes and monitors the distribution of MNF funds to MNF institutes. Also affiliated with the Dean's Office is a group which develops E-Learning content .
