If you encounter problem during your doctoral studies, there are several points of contact at the Faculty of Science that you can turn to.

1. Your primary point of contact is always your doctoral committee or the person responsible for human resources at your your institute.
2. You should then contact the direcotr of your PhD program.
3. As a last resort, you can contact thethe ombudspersons of the university.
