Application and Admission

To be accepted for a Bachelor's degree program at the UZH Faculty of Science (MNF) you must have a federally or cantonally recognised university entrance qualification or a degree from a Swiss university of applied sciences. You will find a list of recognised Swiss entrance qualifications at www.crus.ch. In addition, UZH recognises a number of foreign school-leaving qualifications. Please contact the Student Administration Office as early as possible to find out whether the UZH recognises your qualification.

Before you can study at the Faculty of Science, you must submit your online enrollment application by the due dates. Deadlines for all study programs and degrees can be found here.

Important note: If you have already earned credits at another university, you can submit your transcript of records for examination/recognition within the first semester of your studies to Gesuche@mnf.uzh.ch.
