Binding Deadlines

Application Requirements
The application must include the following information:
- Name and matriculation number
- Copies of the ENTA form, the consultation record from the Disability Office, and the specialist medical certificate
- Module(s)
- Examination date and examination time
For renewal applications in subsequent semesters
The following documents must be attached:
- NTA application form
- Current ENTA form
Accommodations for Examinations
For midterm examinations, the Student Affairs Office will provide information no later than the week before the examination. After the withdrawal deadline has passed (end of the 10th week of the semester), the Student Affairs Office will inform the exam coordinators about the approved accommodation requests. Once the examination planning has been completed, students will receive an email containing details of their approved accommodations as well as additional organizational information (e.g. examination room). This is usually sent towards the end of the teaching period.
Special Regulations for Block Courses
Students in Biology or Biomedical Sciences must contact both the Student Affairs Office and the Biology Study Coordination Office (studienkoordination.biologie@uzh.ch) at the latest when reserving a place in a block course.
Changes After Submission
If a module for which accommodations have been requested is cancelled after the application has been submitted, the Student Affairs Office of the Faculty of Science (MNF) must be informed immediately.
